Meet the Roan Hill Baptist Church Elders



Rev. Charlie Scalf
Rev. Charlie married Angela Weems in May, 2004. Their first child, Hannah, was born on August 2, 2008. Charlie was the planter of the Assembly Baptist Church which merged with RHBC in May 2008. He was ordained into the ministry by Dr. Reggie Weems and the Heritage Baptist leadership in 2003.  He is currently the Teaching Elder at Roan Hill Baptist and is enrolled at Graham Bible College in Bristol, TN.


Adam Fann
Adam joined The Assembly leadership in 2003.  In December, 2004 he married Terri Lewis and they just added their first child Noah to the family.  Adam was ordained into the ministry by Rev. Charlie Scalf at The Assembly in 2008 and is currently enrolled at Graham Bible College in Bristol, TN.
